RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We strive to deliver high-quality products with utmost care and safety. However, in case of any unforeseen issues, please review the following guidelines :
Unboxing Video Requirement:
An unboxing video is mandatory. Requests for replacement will not be accepted without a clear opening video of the package.
Time Frame:
All replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Order Cancellation:
Once an order is confirmed and payment is completed, cancellations and refunds are not allowed.
Damaged / Wrong / Missing Products:
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, or if some items are missing, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To be eligible for replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You would also be mandatorily required to share unpacking video, to be eligible for replacement. Goods once sold cannot be returned, until and unless you receive a wrong / damaged product, which will be replaced. If your replacement is accepted, we’ll bear the courier charges, arrange for courier pickup, send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted. If any items are missing they will be sent at no extra cost.
Note:- Dent on Jars / Boxes can happen during the course of transit. It will be not treated as damaged product until and unless the quality / quantity of the actual product inside the jar / box is affected.
